Insurance moves into Parkway Plaza |

ID (July 26, 2007) - Hartford Fire
Insurance Company leased 3,652 square
feet of office space on the second level
of the Parkway Plaza office building in
Meridian, Idaho. Hartford occupied
the space on July 16, 2007. Dave
Winder of The Winder Company represented
the landlord and Greg Gaddis of Thornton
Oliver Keller represented the tenant in
the transaction.

2009
Special Olympics World Winter Games
subleases former Bob Rice/Lithia Ford
site |

|
Boise,
ID (July 1, 2007) The 2009 Special
Olympics World Winter Games subleased
the former Bob Rice/Lithia Ford
dealership site at 3150 W. Main Street
in Boise, Idaho. Earlier this year
Idaho was selected as the host site for
the 2009 games, which will take place
from 6-13 February 2009.
Special Olympics moved into the site in
June and plans to use the facility for
administrative offices, equipment
storage, and volunteer training.
